Council Member: A council member is a community manager that understands the concept of this community. He/She does things that helps build the community for everyone else. The goal is to ensure everyone has fun in their game. The council deliberates on issues that are supposedly to be "Leader Only". However, this community does not technically have a leader, it's instead ran by the council.

Outpost: An Outpost is a Guild in a game. For example, the Guild Wars Outpost is ran by Koross. The forum is titled; "Koross' Outpost of Heroes". Anyone can apply to start/run an outpost - they just have to understand the fundamentals of the community, it's about people, not the game. Outpost do not have to carry the name; "Celestial Order". It can be anything roleplaying worthy.
